Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie die mobile App der BJJ
Akademie Berlin ("die App") personenbezogene Daten erhebt, verwendet
und schützt. Betreiber ist die BJJ Akademie Berlin ("wir"),
[Hauptstraße 103, 10827 Berlin, Deutschland].

## 1. Welche Daten wir erheben
- **Anzeigename**: Bei Kursanmeldung (RSVP) können Sie optional einen
Anzeigenamen angeben. Dieser ist für andere Mitglieder und
Trainer:innen im Kontext sichtbar (z. B. in der Teilnehmerliste).
- **Geräte-Identifikator**: ein zufällig generierter, nicht
personenbezogener Identifikator auf Ihrem Gerät, zur Zuordnung Ihrer
RSVPs und Einstellungen zu Ihrer Installation.
- **Push-Token**: Wenn Sie Push-Benachrichtigungen zulassen, vergibt
Apple ein Geräte-Token, das wir speichern, um Ankündigungen,
Kursänderungen und Erinnerungen zu senden.
- **Plattform-Information**: Betriebssystem (iOS) und App-Version zur
Fehlerdiagnose.
Wir erheben nicht: E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Standort, Kontakte,
biometrische oder Zahlungsdaten. Wir setzen keine Analyse-, Werbe-
oder Tracking-Tools ein.
## 2. Zweck der Verarbeitung
- Verwaltung Ihrer Kursanmeldungen
- Versand von Push-Benachrichtigungen zu Ankündigungen und
Kursänderungen, in die Sie eingewilligt haben
- Filterung relevanter Inhalte entsprechend Ihrer Mitgliedschaft
- Stabilität und Fehlerbehebung
## 3. Rechtsgrundlage (DSGVO Art. 6)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b — Erfüllung eines von Ihnen angeforderten
Dienstes.
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a — Einwilligung bei Push-Benachrichtigungen.
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f — berechtigtes Interesse am zuverlässigen
Betrieb.
## 4. Auftragsverarbeiter
Daten werden auf Servern von fly.io
gespeichert. Push-Tokens werden über Apples Push-Benachrichtigungs-
dienst (Apple Inc.) übermittelt. Weitergabe oder Verkauf an sonstige
Dritte findet nicht statt.
## 5. Speicherdauer
- RSVPs und Anzeigenamen: 12 Monate, danach automatische Löschung.
- Push-Tokens: bis Widerruf oder Deinstallation.
- Vollständige Löschung auf Anfrage an info@bjjberlin.de.
## 6. Ihre Rechte (DSGVO)
Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17),
Einschränkung/Widerspruch (Art. 18, 21), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art.
20), Beschwerde bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und

## 7. Kinder
Die App richtet sich an Mitglieder und deren gesetzliche
Vertreter:innen. Keine wissentliche Erhebung von Daten von Kindern
unter 13 Jahren.
## 8. Änderungen
Wesentliche Änderungen werden vor Inkrafttreten in der App angekündigt.

This privacy policy describes how the BJJ Akademie Berlin mobile
application ("the app") collects, uses, and protects your personal
information. The app is operated by BJJ Akademie Berlin ("we", "us"),
Hauptstraße 103, 10827 Berlin, Germany.

- **Display name**: when you RSVP to a class, you may optionally enter
a display name. This is visible to other members and instructors in
context (e.g., the RSVP list for a class).
- **Device identifier**: a randomly generated, non-personal identifier
created on your device, used to associate your RSVPs and preferences
with your installation.
- **Push notification token**: if you grant push notification
permission, Apple issues a device token that we store so we can send
you announcements, class changes, and reminders.
- **Platform information**: operating system (iOS) and app version,
used for diagnostics and compatibility.
We do not collect: your email address, phone number, location,
contacts, biometric data, or financial information. We do not use
analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
## 2. How we use the data
- Managing your RSVPs and attendance
- Sending push notifications about announcements and class changes
you've opted into
- Filtering schedule and announcements to the content relevant to your
membership
- Improving reliability and troubleshooting
## 3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary for a service you request (RSVPs, class
information).
- Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent, for push notifications.
- Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating a reliable app.
## 4. Processors
Your data is stored on servers operated by fly.io. Push tokens are relayed through Apple's Push
Notification service (Apple Inc.). We do not sell or share your data
with any other third party.
## 5. Retention
- RSVPs and display names: 12 months, then automatically deleted.
- Push tokens: retained until you revoke permission or uninstall the
app.
- Full deletion on request: email info@bjjberlin.de.
## 6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access (Art. 15), correct (Art. 16), delete
(Art. 17), restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21), and
portability (Art. 20). You may lodge a complaint with the Berliner
Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Friedrichstr.

## 7. Children
The app is intended for members of BJJ Akademie Berlin and their legal
guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
